Then, on Wednesday, I published Skincare Myths Debunked: What I’ve Learnt the Hard Way. Oh, the skincare journey—it’s been a rollercoaster! In this post, I opened up about the myths I once believed (and the mistakes I made along the way) and broke down what’s actually worth your time when it comes to looking after your skin.
