Hello everyone!
There are many ways that your body could tell you that you aren’t healthy. Health is multifaceted, and it can also be quite complicated. You have the emotional side, the overall wellness side, and the physical side as well. If you don’t feel like you are managing everything as well as you could, this guide will show you whether or not you are in bad health and what you can do to manage it.
Believe it or not, snoring can cause a lot of damage to your health. Snoring has been linked time and time again to sleep apnoea, heart disease, excess weight gain, and even GERD. If you are concerned about your snoring or believe it may be more serious than you think, consult your doctor, who will help you get to the bottom of the problem.
Your skin isn’t clear!
If your skin is blotchy or blemished, it is a sign that something needs to be changed. Chin acne is often caused by several digestive issues. Breakouts are a huge indicator that you are in poor health. Face mapping is a great tool that you can use to find out where you stand with your body. It can be used to discover why your skin isn’t clear, whether due to stomach issues, digestive problems, or genetics. If you can get to the root of the problem, then this will help you get the health boost you need.
Your eyes aren’t white!
Yellow eyes are a significant indicator that you have a problem with your liver, pancreas, or your gallbladder. If your eyes are yellowish, this can indicate an issue with your liver or bile ducts. Red eyes are also a sign that you are not in good health. It may be that you are not getting enough sleep or are putting too much strain on your eyes.
Your toenails are an odd colour!
The shape, texture, and colour of your nails can go a long way in identifying how healthy you are. If you have never given much thought to the relationship between your health and your nails, you may be in for a shock. Smoking can cause your nails to turn yellow, and it can also change their texture and shape. If you notice indentations in your nails or if you have abnormal nail growth, this can also indicate that you have a nutritional deficiency.
You struggle with gas!
Excessive gas can indicate that you are struggling with lactose intolerance. You may also have irritable bowel syndrome or even celiac disease. While it is considered healthy for you to pass gas up to 20 times a day, if you are passing more, this can be excessive. Your diet will contribute a lot to gas, but at the same time, gas doesn’t mean that you are unhealthy. If gas is coupled with other symptoms, however, this can indicate that you need to make a change as soon as possible because if you don’t, this can lead to more complications.
You struggle with tiredness!
Feeling tired is a state of being, but the reasoning behind it may be more than you realise. If you are always overcaffeinated and running on little sleep, this can be a sign that you are exhausted. That being said, there may also be many health issues to blame. You may be struggling with dehydration and low iron levels. If this is the case, consult your doctor as soon as possible to determine whether you require treatment.
Your urine is straw-coloured!
When you think about your health, you might not think about one of the most important indicators. This would be your urine. It may appear strange, but there is science behind it all. The colour, the density, and even the smell of your urine can all be used to tell you if you have any health problems. If your urine is strong or darker in colour, keep an eye on it. If it doesn’t improve, then this is a sign that you should see a doctor. If your urine is always dark because you are dehydrated from alcohol consumption, then now is the time for you to go to alcohol rehab.
Unexplained weight loss!
If you are losing weight, even when you don’t mean to is a major sign that something is wrong. You need to go and see a doctor about this as soon as possible because if you don’t, you may have a health problem that has to be uncovered. Losing weight unexpectedly can be a sign of cancer. It can also indicate that you have diabetes or another related issue. Now, you may be thinking that you can afford to lose a few pounds and that you don’t need to put in the effort to go to the gym if you carry on as you are. That being said, this is a dangerous scenario, so make sure you seek medical help.
At the end of the day, it can be too easy for you to overlook certain aspects of your health. If you want to help yourself, one thing you can do is visit your doctor for a check-up regularly and take the time to monitor your health for any changes. If you can do this, you’ll be able to pinpoint any issues along the way. Remember, prioritising your health is essential for a fulfilling life.
