Nails Of The Day (NOTD): Water drops

Hello everyone!  I have another NOTD post for you.  

This is what I'm wearing on my nails today...  

I applied two coats of Matte Blue nail polish and then one coat of matte top coat.  I finished it with some clear polish dots that look like water drops! J
